Well...this is certainly not a situation of "NEED"; nobody "needs" a wedding monogram. Granted, they are pretty neat. However, my biggest question, and pardon me if it's a dumb one, is what the heck do you do with a wedding monogram?
A Wedding Monogram would be used on the napkins, stir sticks, favor tags, and so on and so on....
You can also incorporate it into your invitation or have it placed on the dance floor or illuminated on the wall of the reception hall behind the band...
You get the picture! Pretty cool... just don't know if I need one!
You don't really NNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDD one, but Master Chief and I are putting a monogram on our cake (which I am baking and decorating btw). Our combined monogram will be W (for William) and S (for Susan) and A for his Norwegian last name.
We had thought about adding a monogram to the top of our cake... but decided against it. I do like the monogram... we will have to see how things shake out.
Love the monogram!! (Why else would I make them :))
I think they are a great way to tie everything together - whether it be for a wedding, baby shower, birthday,... I always create a matching invite or card, envelope, and address label for my mailings.
